Exchange and Return Policy

We are committed to complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

The customer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.
The customer is not entitled to return the product if it is damaged, used, or customized specifically at the customer’s request.

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition and unused, placed in its original packaging with all accessories, and the invoice or order number must be provided.
If the product is returned due to a defect or because it does not match the order, we will bear all return shipping costs, provided that the return is made within 3 days from the date of receipt.
In cases of exchange or return due to an error from the store, the store bears the shipping costs.
Some devices and products that require installation or assembly cannot be returned or exchanged once installation has begun; however, the warranty policy applies in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund period starts from the date the returned product is received, and the refund method depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation by the Store

The store has the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund in the following cases:

The product is out of stock after the order has been placed.
There is an error in the price or product description.
Failure or delay in shipping or delivery to the customer’s address.
Detection of an incorrect or fraudulent payment transaction.
The customer requests order cancellation before shipping.
The order violates the store’s terms and conditions.

The customer will be notified of the order cancellation.

Shopping Cart

The store has the right to cancel items added to the shopping cart if the payment process is not completed, and those items may become available to other customers.

Leaving the Website
After 4 hours of inactivity, the customer will be automatically logged out of their account.

Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Shipping is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Shipping Fees

37 SAR for orders weighing up to 20 kg.
For each additional kilogram, 2 SAR will be added.

Delivery Time

Delivery time ranges between 3 to 7 business days and may vary depending on the geographic location and during peak seasons and official holidays.

After the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the registered email address so you can follow up on the shipment.

The customer may cancel or modify the shipping address before the shipping process begins. Once shipping has started, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We are not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond the store’s control, such as weather conditions or emergencies.
